Driven by market requirements like consolidation and integration of devices while preserving existing assets, hardware virtualization through a hypervisor offers an approach to leverage these aspects on a single computer board. This talk gives a technical overview of the hypervisor and how important requirements like real-time responses, reliability, memory management and device and interrupt handling are implemented.

Über den Referenten

Jonas Dietsche has been working for Wind River since 2006 as a Technical Account Manager. He is the technical expert for our customers in the industrial market and for On-Chip Debugging. Dietsche has studied Information Technology at the University of Cooperative Education (Berufsakademie) in Lörrach, Germany. As a Field Application Engineer at FS Forth / Digi International and as Technical Account Manager at Wind River he brings in more than 8 years of experience in the embedded software industry.
